Kitchens are modern, clean and fitted with washing machines and fridge freezers - some are fitted with microwaves. 
All have plenty of work space to prepare those gourmet meals !!

Bathrooms are complete with W.C., basic bath and electric shower.

The living areas are made comfortable with adequate furnishings for each student.

Bedrooms are fitted with either a double or single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and shelving. Some houses fitted with flat screen TVs and Broadband.

All Uni-Lets houses have gas certificates and mains-powered smoke alarms.
